Today, the Boy Scouts of America released decades of files on child molestation and sexual abuse by male scout leaders/scoutmasters. If this isn’t a stark argument against having gay scout leaders, I don’t know what is. Clearly, these men were gay, and they took advantage of young boys who were under their care, scarring them psychologically (and some physically) forever. And yet, despite all this, gay activists keep fighting for the right to become scout leaders and several charities and organizations have shunned the Boy Scouts for refusing to allow it. Ask yourself this: how many straight men are among the 1,200-plus scout leaders who’ve sexually abused and molested Boy Scouts for several decades? The men were all gay, thus the sex with kids of the same sex. They lied about or hid being gay to become scout leaders, but the fact remains that they were gay. If you had a young son, would you entrust him to the care of a gay scout leader to spend the night? Would you trust him alone for the night with Michael Jackson (were he still alive)? Same difference (and perhaps worse). It’s that obvious. 1,200 Jerry Sanduskys who abused many more scouts. And all of these scout leaders were gay. Straight men don’t engage in same-sex molestation.

Several years ago, I told you about the Safiedine family (also spelled Safieddine). Shi’ite Muslims from Lebanon, they own gas stations throughout the Detroit area and are related to Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah. They are also related to Hachem Safieddine, who is Iran’s designated successor to Nasrallah and currently heads Hezbollah’s seven-member governing council, the Shurah Al-Karar. This is one of the many reasons I tell readers not to buy gas at Muslim-owned gas stations. You don’t know where the Safiedines are sending their money and you wouldn’t want to support proud relatives of Hezbollah’s leadership, would you? Yesterday, Elsayed Kazem “Tom” Safiedine, one of the owners of many of those gas stations, was sentenced to 21 months in prison for his second tax fraud incident. It’s a light sentence, given that the man did this before in the 1980s.

Safiedine defrauded the federal government of more than $1 million, by concealing $845,000 in income from Sunoco and $175,000 from a sale of a gas station. It appears, though, that the feds, failed to take into account, Safiedine’s prior similar tax fraud from the 1980s, when he spelled his first name “Kaszam” (Muslims spell their names in several ways to evade U.S. law enforcement authorities–and clearly it worked here). In that case, in the mid-1980s, Safiedine was convicted of seven counts of tax fraud for under-reporting income at three of his gas stations. He was sentenced to five years probation (11 months of it in jail) at the time, but had the chutzpah to appeal it (and lost). The sentencing memorandum filed by the IRS in his latest conviction, requesting 33 months of imprisonment, failed to mention that. It’s pretty funny when people describe a debate that actually hasn’t happened yet. Notice how many of these Obama supporters said he won a debate before it was even held. Well, we are a nation of bulls–t artists if nothing else. I give credit to the Black guy at the end who actually called a spade a spade. The rest were sheep and frauds.

Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis was arrested in New York for trying to blow up the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The story is breaking as I write this and a federal criminal complaint has been filed against him. This appears to be another one of the FBI operations in which an Islamic extremist is recruited and set up to participate in a terrorist attack by FBI agents and informants posing as terrorists. While I have no problem arresting people who think they are actually blowing up these buildings (with fake detonators), as I’ve noted before I believe these deliberate FBI entrapment operations are a way for Famous But Incompetent to stay away from actually infiltrating the general Islamic communities (who mostly support terrorism and won’t condemn HAMAS, Hezbollah, etc.), while pretending to keep us safe (when they are not).

I thought last night’s Presidential Debate was boring and a waste of time. These are 82 people who claim that just three weeks before the election, they still don’t know who they’re voting for, which means the questioners were either 82 of the dumbest people in America, or 82 of the biggest liars faking it to get in on asking a question to help their candidate and/or hurt the opposition. I believe it’s the latter, as I saw after the debate that the crowd seemed to swarm to President Obama and Mitt Romney was on his own, going up to Candy Crowley to thank her for her (very partisan) “moderation” of the debate. Would have loved to have seen a poll of the 82 dummies or liars after the debate.

I also found the debate annoying to watch. I could watch divorce court every single day on daytime TV, don’t wanna see it in this. Obama’s and Romney’s contentious interaction wasn’t fun to watch because there were no zingers or great one-liners, just fighting to a draw, in my view. I look to Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. They might constantly attack each other, but it’s fun to watch. This wasn’t. It was painful. “I know you are but what am I?” That’s what I thought I was listening to.

Romney’s tap-dancing on immigration was just as I said in the past: he’s completely flip-flopped from being tough on immigration in the Republican primaries to endorsing the same “pathway” allowing illegal aliens to stay here and not get deported. They are no differences between them on this very important issue, and when I pointed this out on Twitter (follow me on Twitter), some mindless, blind conservatives started attacking me and claiming I support Obama (which is total BS). When I first saw the photo below, I thought it was a photoshop. Couldn’t be real. The untanned small head on the giant, bronzed colossus told me no way it could be an actual person. But, yup, it’s a real dude. A real life human. Looks like the villain from the next superhero movie, right? While I respect fitness and some muscle definition is attractive, when you look Robocoppier than Robocop, there’s something really weird going on. Does any women really find this attractive? I sure don’t. The body building video shows this human cyborg and his fellow cyborgians flexing at a competition, the Arnold Classic Europe, apparently named after the bloated, fake Republican, failed, ex-Gov of Cauliflowernia and baby daddy to ugly maids.

What the bleep is wrong with this country? Why do we have such morons on the U.S. Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia? It’s like they were Casey Anthony jurors. Today, they overturned the conviction of Islamic terrorist Salim Hamdan, Osama Bin Laden’s driver, ruling that terrorism “didn’t constitute a war crime” at the time that Hamdan provided material support for terrorism to Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda. Huh? How was that not a war crime . . . ever? It’s like saying the OctoMom doesn’t have a lot of kids. Or that Joe Biden’s plugs aren’t hair implants. Under our absurd Bush-Obama “Gitmo terrorist catch and release” program, Hamdan was long ago sent to Yemen, where he is probably planning his next attack (or planning it from elsewhere, as we now have no idea where he is). But the decision is important for the precedent it sets. And it’s ridiculous. Read the court’s decision.

The three judges who decided this case and concurred in the decision included Reagan appointees Douglas Ginsburg (yup, the guy who withdrew from Supreme Court consideration after his pot-smoking days as a Harvard prof came to light–perhaps marijuana had even longer lasting effects than we knew) and David Sentelle and George W. Bush appointee Brett Kavanaugh. I read the decision and it rests on the assertion that “providing material support for terrorism” was not a specified “war crime” and, therefore, illegal, until AFTER Hamdan committed it. Huh? How on earth would that not constitute a war crime? Who didn’t specifically include it in the delineated “war crimes”? It doesn’t make sense. I’m against ex post facto laws that charge someone for past behavior that wasn’t illegal at the time it was committed. But this is ludicrous and absurd.

What people don’t get–nor did these judges–is that the whole reason that the ACLU and other terrorist special interest groups filed this case was to prevent non-U.S. citizen terrorists, such as Hamdan and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, from being tried in military tribunals. They want them tried in circus trials in federal court. (Under federal law, providing material support for terrorism has been a felony crime for many years, so this would not have been an issue there.) And, today, they got a major victory in that direction.

A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday overturned the conviction of Osama bin Laden’s former driver and bodyguard, Salim Hamdan, on charges of supporting terrorism, in a long-running case emerging from the American military trials at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

A couple of hours ago, Ibrahim Aysheh of Chicago was ordered held on $1 million bond in the killing of his sister, Nawal. This is unusual in a case in which the suspect is charged with involuntary manslaughter and prosecutors say they believe his cockamamie story about finding a gun “hidden on the street” and “accidentally” killing his sister when he played “Show and Tell” and displayed the new gun he “just found.” The gun “accidentally went off,” he claimed. And did I mention that there are NO witnesses (other than him and his victim sister)? And that he and another sister hid the gun and lied about it to police?

I’m not buyin’ any of this story. And I don’t think prosecutors are either despite what they say, which is why the bond is so high for an “accident.” It’s also high because this guy has a criminal record, clearly violated probation, and previously got off with just community service in a previous conviction for unlawful use of a weapon. And that’s aside from a trial he had on charges in March 2011 for aggravated unlawful use of a firearm, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a gun with a defaced serial number. Some moronic O.J. Simpson/Casey Anthony-style jury acquitted him. Sound like a guy who just found a gun “hidden on the street” to you? Sound like a guy whose sister died just ‘cuz the gun “accidentally” went off? PUH-LEEZE. Oh, and he’s also in a gang. Plenty of Arab Muslims in America are.

I think it’s pretty clear this guy murdered his sister and did it for a reason. Usually when a Muslim older brother murders his sister, it’s because she “defamed” or “dishonored” the family in some way. In other words, an honor killing.

A man on supervision for a weapons conviction accidentally shot and killed his 20-year-old sister in their Northwest Side home over the weekend while showing her a pistol he claimed he had found on the street, prosecutors said today.

Ibrahim Aysheh, 22, was ordered held on $1 million bond on charges of involuntary manslaughter and unlawful use of weapon by a felon.

Today, two Shi’ite Muslim Lebanese Arabs made appearances in U.S. District Court in Detroit. The men, Samar Ayoub of Dearbornistan Heights and Hussein Jomaa of Dearbornistan, were charged in federal criminal complaints alleging that they were involved in a scheme of buying counterfeit Honda air bags from China and fitting them into cars bound for Africa. The investigation was conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. While the press release announcing the criminal charges doesn’t say so, it’s quite apparent that the scheme is tied to an Hezbollah money-laundering scheme I wrote about last year, in which used cars were sent to Africa, sold there, and the profits went to Hezbollah terrorism financing.

As I told you then, used car rings around America, all owned by Arab Muslims, were sending used cars from the U.S. to Africa in a scheme to fund Hezbollah through countries like Guinea, where Lebanese Shi’ite Muslims have footholds. As I also told you, I and informants of mine in Dearborn were on to this scheme for several years and alerted authorities, but we were ignored. Then, late last year, a division of the DEA which deals with the nexus between illegal drugs and terrorism investigated and began seizing the used car dealerships and shutting them down. Unfortunately, the DEA agents involved went for headlines and grandstanding and quickly shut the investigation down, deliberately choosing not to go after the core of the operation, which remains in place, including in Dearbornistan.

I did my own investigative research on these individuals and discovered that men with the same names, both residing in the Detroit area, filed for bankruptcy, with Ayoub’s bankruptcy completed in 2005 and Jomaa’s in 2010 (which means the fake air bag investigation was ongoing at the time or started just afterward). One wonders, since they had credit card debt, whether their bankruptcies were scams to cover up “busting out” schemes, which have been used by Hezbollah supporters in the Detroit area who’ve transferred hundreds of thousands of dollars to mysterious bank accounts in Lebanon.
