MUST WATCH VIDEO: My New Hero, Derek Mothershead

By Debbie Schlussel

This is a great story. (Thanks to all the readers who sent it.)

A robber comes into a gold-buying business in Hendersonville, NC with a gun.  And the person he’s trying to rob, Derek Mothershead, beats him senseless, holds him down, and then makes him clean up his blood when he awakes from his stupor.  Oh, and by the way, the robber is 25-year-old Mostafa Kamel Hendi.  I wish I could post the video, but the TV station doesn’t have a “share” feature and I’m unable to upload the video myself, so you have to go watch it there, but it’s DEFINITELY worth it.  They, sadly, don’t answer the questions I had, including:

Foiled Robber Mostafa Kamel Hendi

*  What is Hendi’s immigration status?

*  From what country did he arrive?

You get the gist.  Oh, and do we really have to play, “Guess the Religion,” here?  Regardless, we know from which region of the world and which kinds of values he emanates.  More:

A clerk at a business in Western North Carolina punched a would-be robber and knocked him out cold just minutes after the man barged in with a gun and demanded money. Read the rest of this entry »

Weird: Mannheim Steamroller’s Creepy Leader

By Debbie Schlussel

Sometimes the most creative people are also among the very creepy.  And that seems to be the case with Mannheim Steamroller founder Chip Davis. As you probably know, Mannheim Steamroller is the band that plays synthesizer/techno versions of Christmas music favored by Rush Limbaugh and has sold over 28 million Christmas albums, bringing Davis much wealth, and all its accoutrements, including his own private plane and several luxe homes. Nothing wrong with that, but read on.

Mannheim Steamroller’s Chip Davis: Everyone’s in the Pic, Except the Two Concubines

As I’ve told you before, I enjoy reading the Wall Street Journal’s “Home Front” page, which is in the Friday section, each week.  It’s usually almost an entire page and typically describes an unusual–and usually expensive–home and what inspired the owners to build it and/or decorate it that way.  It delves into the particular home’s unique architecture and design.  This past Friday, presumably in honor of Christmas, the Home Front article  focused on Davis and his Omaha, Nebraska mansion on a spread of 150 acres.  The description of the home was interesting, but then he volunteered this information to the Journal reporter:

Married and divorced four times, Mr. Davis currently has two long-distance female companions who visit separately, he said. Read the rest of this entry »

Ron Paul Refuses to Disavow Stormfront, Other Anti-Semitic, Racist Groups Openly Campaigning for Him

By Debbie Schlussel

If Ron Paul wins the Iowa Caucuses, just over a week from now, it will be a very definitive sign that Iowans–particularly Republican Iowans–embrace and endorse Jew-hating bigots (just like when Jesse Jackson won the Michigan Democratic Primary in 1988).  This isn’t about people from the opposite party crossing over to help elect the worst candidate.  Ron Paul wouldn’t get far with just those.  Nope.  This is far more worrisome.  Ron Paul is getting a big boost from the neo-Nazi Stormfront site and other openly anti-Semitic, racist groups.  And Ron Paul is neither disavowing nor denouncing those groups and their support:

yellowstar.jpg

The American Free Press, which markets books like “The Invention of the Jewish People” and “March of the Titans: A History of the White Race,” is urging its subscribers to help it send hundreds of copies of Ron Paul’s collected speeches to voters in New Hampshire. The book, it promises, will “Help Dr. Ron Paul Win the G.O.P. Nomination in 2012!”

Don Black, director of the white nationalist Web site Stormfront, said in an interview that several dozen of his members were volunteering for Mr. Paul’s presidential campaign, and a site forum titled “Why is Ron Paul such a favorite here?” has no fewer than 24 pages of comments. “I understand he wins many fans because his monetary policy would hurt Jews,” read one. . . . Ex-Ron Paul Aide to Schlussel: “He HATES Israel,” Banned Sympathy for 9/11 Victims/Support for US Military, Upset We Fought Nazis

By Debbie Schlussel

To all of the PaulNuts out there who argue that Ron Paul isn’t anti-Semitic or anti-Israel, just isolationist libertarian and doesn’t believe we should be involved in foreign policy, that’s just bunk.  As I pointed out previously on this site, Paul, and the two equally nutty Republican Congressmen (including Palestinian Justin Amash) who support him for President, had the opportunity to vote to end U.S. aid to HAMAS, and they voted against it, choosing instead to continue to send your tax money to HAMAS and its supporters in Gaza.  Ron Paul also proudly spoke at the openly pro-HAMAS/pro-Hezbollah Arab American Institute Leadership Conference (see the video of his pandering speech, below).  That’s aside from Paul’s 9/11 trutherism and his constant blaming of America for 9/11 and the Muslim world hating us.  It’s not to mention his constant defense of Iran, its funding of HAMAS and Hezbollah, and its acquisition of nuclear weapons.  And don’t forget how Paul happily accepted campaign contributions from the owner of the anti-Semitic, racist, neo-Nazi Stormfront site. Now, there is more.

Ron Paul Poses @ Pro-HAMAS/Hezbollah Arab American Institute Conference

Over the weekend I received a statement from Eric Dondero, a libertarian Republican, who worked for Ron Paul for 17 years.  Dondero, who now publishes the Libertarian Republican site, was Ron Paul’s personal assistant and worked on his various campaigns, etc.  He had some very disturbing things to say about Ron Paul, his open support for the Palestinians and hatred of Israel, his opposition to fighting World War II, how he asked Dondero to wear a yarmulke and other adornments to a press conference to answer charges of Paul’s anti-Semitism, etc. Dondero also shows us how unprincipled Paul is. He claimed he was against the war in Iraq, and regardless of what you think of the war in hindsight, Paul changed his vote to protect his political career. He’s not the principled libertarian he claims he is.  He’s just another political hack and opportunist, like almost everybody else in office. I don’t agree with Eric’s dismissal of the racist and anti-Semitic comments in the Ron Paul newsletters. Those are important. But so is this information from Eric. As you read Eric Dondero’s statement, remember that Eric occupied these positions in Ron Paul’s employ:

* Fmr. Senior Aide, US Cong. Ron Paul, 1997 – 2003
* Campaign Coordinator, Ron Paul for Congress, 1995/96
* National Organizer, Draft Ron Paul for President, 1991/92
* Travel Aide/Personal Asst. Ron Paul, Libertarian for President
1987/88

Here are some excerpts from the statement Eric Dondero sent me (all of the emphasis/bold-lettering was added by me):

He is . . . most certainly Anti-Israel, and Anti-Israeli in general.  He wishes the Israeli state did not exist at all.  He expressed this to me numerous times in our private conversations.  His view is that Israel is more trouble than it is worth, specifically to the America taxpayer.  He sides with the Palestinians, and supports their calls for the abolishment of the Jewish state, and the return of Israel, all of it, to the Arabs. . . . Remember Her? Muslim Jew-Hater Jameela Barnette Dead After Trying to Murder Cop

By Debbie Schlussel

Hey, it’s yet another story to file under: What You’ll Never See on “All-American Muslim.”

Many of you will remember Jameela Barnette.  After I wrote about the scary, threatening, anti-Semitic packages the Muslim activist sent elected officials, she began posting so much vile anti-Jewish, anti-Christian, pro-Muslim spam on this site, I repeatedly had to ban her. Sometimes, what goes around comes around.  Now, she’s dead and, no doubt, rotting in hell, after trying to kill a Georgia police officer.  Seems like maybe she deliberately picked Christmas day for her departure.

The Message About Jews Jameela Barnette Sent on Behalf of Muslims

A Marietta woman who was accused of sending threatening packages to lawmakers was shot and killed after attacking a Cobb Police officer Christmas morning, police said.

Using a knife and a handgun, Jameela Cecila Barnette, 53, assaulted an officer from the department’s Precinct 3 who had knocked on her apartment door after responding to an alarm, Cobb Police spokesman Sgt. Dana Pierce said. Despite receiving injuries to his arm, Pierce said the officer, who is not being identified at this time, fired his service weapon to stop the assault. “Tolerance”: After HAMAS Canceled Christmas; Murder of Christianity in the Muslim World

By Debbie Schlussel

Frequently, I write about the dwindling number of Christians (and increasing attacks on them by the Muslim-dominated population) throughout every country in the Middle East, except the one where they can practice freely (Israel).  It’s not just the Muslim bombing attack on Christian Church services today at two churches in Nigeria. *** UPDATE: It’s now FIVE churches bombed by Muslims in Nigeria, today for Christmas. *** The same goes for “liberated, democratic” Iraq, where, last  year, Christians were forced to cancel their Christmas, including Mass, because of violence against them by Muslims.  I’ve written about the fewer and fewer Christians in Gaza, where hatred and intolerance against them is the order of the day, and the Palestinian Authority, where, today, there are three Muslims to every one Christian in Jesus’ birthplace of Bethlehem, where Christians are persecuted and live in fear.  Christian pilgrims who go there are giving mucho dinero to Muslims if they buy food or trinkets there, as the vast majority of vendors are Muslims who support the Fatah, HAMAS, or both.  This is a business for them and they tolerate Christianity only insofar as that generates dollars for them.  On every other day and in every other part of the Palestinian Authority and Gaza, they persecute Christians, even murdering them for broadcasting Christian sermons or owning Christian bookstores.  This year, it’s been worse–no surprise, as it gets worse each year.  HAMAS canceled Christmas.

islamiccrescent.jpgvirginmary.jpg

Sadly, the Christians still side against the Jews and bet on the Muslims, as recently happened when the Latin patriarch, last week, told Catholic and Greek Orthodox families to pray for the merger of HAMAS and Fatah.

When the Latin patriarch came to Gaza’s Holy Family church to celebrate Christmas mass last week, he instructed a full house of Catholic and Orthodox families to pray for reconciliation. As the archbishop, Fouad Twal, stood at the lectern in Gaza City, Fatah and Hamas leaders were meeting in Cairo attempting to mend differences that have divided the Palestinian factions for four years and rendered Gaza a besieged Islamist enclave. Cool Chanukah VIDEO: Dreidel in Space

By Debbie Schlussel

Check out this very cool Chanukah video. It features Jeffrey A. Hoffman, a U.S. astronaut and the very first Jewish man in space. Hoffman was on five space shuttle flights, including the one to repair the Hubble Telescope. He also helped design the high pressure space suit. And he did this, which I love, in December 1993 on Space Shuttle Endeavor.

Holiday Islamo-Cheer: Muslim Nazis Wish Me a “Merry Christmas, You F—in Jew”

By Debbie Schlussel

I’m never surprised by the tweets that Muslims send my way on Twitter (follow me on Twitter).  I get these on a daily basis.  And, after all, this self-proclaimed “religion of peace,” as we all know, is really a cult of hate, intolerance, bigotry, neo-Nazism, anti-Semitism/Jew-hatred, and Christian-hatred.  And these hateful Muslims never rest, including on Christmas.  Here’s what two Dearbornistan Shi’ite Muslims sent to me on Twitter.  If you are an employer, you should ask yourself whether you can risk your business by hiring an open Jew-hating bigot, like Hussine Hider.  Ditto for his friend Mahde Abdallah, who was copied on the tweet and didn’t denounce it.  Remember, all of these scumbags live not in Iran or Lebanon or Syria. They live down the road from me in Dearbornistan a/k/a Hezbollah USA, where they know they can get away with this just as much (if not more) as back in the old country, because federal authorities and Jewish community ass-kissers (and left-wing Christians) will applaud them no matter what.

Merry Christmas to All of My Christian Friends & Readers

By Debbie Schlussel

To all of my Christian Readers & Friends, I wish you a very joyous and merry Christmas, full of family, good food, and fun. Enjoy your holiday.

rabbisantatogether.jpg

Even though I believe very strongly in my own religion, I am thankful that, for now, America’s strong Christian tradition remains because it means that I will be able to practice my religion freely, G-d willing. As I’ve said so many times before, even though I do not believe in Christ, I do believe that America has resisted becoming a Muslim nation the way most of Europe has become and will ultimately be, because it has a strong Christian backbone and heritage. Even though Jews were an active part of every step of American history, from its founding to all of its battles (we fought in every one, including the Revolutionary War–American history is inextricably part of Jewish history and vice versa), and America is really a Judeo-Christian country, for all intents and purposes, it is a Christian nation (unless we continue to do nothing about the ever-increasing encroachment by Islam on our shores).

So long as we are a Christian nation–which continues to be based on its Judeo-Christian roots–and haven’t fallen to Islam in the way Europe has, I will be safe to be a Jew and will be able to freely practice my religion. Europeans have lost most vestiges of the Christian faith. Many Europeans are atheists a/k/a future Muslims. And for these reasons (as well as wimpitude, of which we in the States have our fair share), Islam is strong and growing there. Sadly, we are only a few decades behind Europe, as more and more Americans become less involved with their Christian faith and more concerned with the Kartrashians, what Angelina Palestina Jolie’s latest tattoo will be, and who’s guest-starring on “Glee.” Read the rest of this entry »

Chanukah World War II: Moving Stories of Jewish Soldiers’ Celebrations

By Debbie Schlussel

Tonight, at sundown, the fourth day of the Jewish holiday of Chanukah will begin.  On Tuesday morning, I showed you some photos of Jewish combat unit soldiers in the South Pacific lighting their menorah.  Now, I share with you some touching stories of how our fighting Jewish-American soldiers in World War II celebrated the holiday on the battlefield.  Below are those stories, from “GI Holy Days:  Jewish Holidays and Festival Observances Among the Armed Forces Thoughout the World,” a miniature book published in 1944 by the Jewish Welfare Board.  The Jewish Welfare Board was an organization made up of major Jewish organizations who provided social halls, postcards, games, shaving kits, food, and respite for all of America’s soldiers, Gentile and Jew, both in the States and overseas beginning in World War I and stretching through the 1970s, when the organization disbanded.

The Jewish Marines had come back from the capture of Tarawa.  They were encamped on an island in the Central Pacific, on a ridge 3,000 feet above sea level, tough, seasoned fighters, who had lived with death, and yet had not forgotten how to cherish the gentle things that belong to home.
