Tonight on Palestinian Broadcasting Service – Your Tax $$$s @ Work w Another Attack on Christians

By Debbie Schlussel

The Amish never harmed you. They never flew planes into buildings and mass-murdered 3,000 Americans. They never shot up and massacred at Fort Hood or tried to blow up a plane with their shoes or underwear or tried to blow up Times Square.

And, yet, tonight your tax dollars are being used to defame and denigrate them during three hours of Palestinian Broadcasting System (PBS) programming, “The Amish: Shunned – American Experience“–a profile of Amish children who left the faith and how they’ve been “shunned” as a result. Guess what? None of ’em were beheaded or honor-killed. Imagine that. Think you’ll ever see PBS do three hours . . . or even just one, entitled, “The Muslims: Shunned – American Experience”? Not a chance. Only Christians (and Jews and Israel) need apply for PBS abuse. Your tax dollars at work. Here is Al-PBS’ BS summary of the show:

What is it like to be cut off from your faith and your family? The Amish: Shunned follows seven people who have chosen to leave their closed and tightly-knit communities for the outside world, knowing they can never return. Each has paid deeply for their decision. Estranged from loved ones, these former Amish find themselves struggling to make their way in modern America. Read the rest of this entry »

No Tears for Philip Seymour Hoffman; Yup, I Know–We’re Not Supposed to Judge Drug Addicts, Islamic Terrorists Or Anyone Else

By Debbie Schlussel

I really couldn’t care less about the death of actor Philip Seymour Hoffman, but in the days since his death many readers have asked me to comment. Frankly, I’m sick of the non-stop, uber-sympathetic coverage of it. I’m also sick of the lamentations and empathy this devoted drug addict gets for choosing shooting up over being in the lives of his three illegitimate children. He couldn’t bother to commit to their mother or to them. But he committed quite well to the 70 bags of heroin, the high-paid acting career, and the $9,800-a-month rental where he was found. But I’m not allowed to “judge.”

philipseymourhoffmansgtshultzdontjudge

That’s the society we live in. Liberals–and now some faux-“conservatives”–say, “don’t judge.” Don’t judge Islamic terrorists and beheaders. What you think is unacceptable may be just fine in their culture. And, um, who are you to judge some guy with four wives and a Black slave? Don’t judge Kardashians who make porn tapes and become stars because of it. Don’t judge absentee parents, especially mothers who prefer to have careers than raise their children instead of the daycare-and-latchkey industry. Don’t judge foreigners who broke the law and invaded this country and refuse to go home (and now won’t ever be deported). Don’t judge. Don’t judge. Don’t judge.

And that’s the problem. There isn’t nearly enough “judging” going on. Not even close. And, so, we’ve become a culture in which the most base and depraved lifestyles are accepted and promoted and anyone who says otherwise or objects is “backwards,” “reactionary,” “the far right,” or someone who does that unacceptable action of “judging.” We’ve become a culture in which the only judging that still goes on is that which keeps ugly, fat women out of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. But maybe that will change, too, but probably not yet. Because standards are out the window except the base, skin-deep, irrelevant judgments that have nothing positive to add to America’s long-term survival as a nation.

I’m sure I’ll be told, as has already been said about Hoffman, “You don’t know what his life was like.” Ya know what? You’re right. I don’t know what it’s like to live in a $10,000-a-month-apartment with the world’s easiest “job” (acting) and to throw it all away. I don’t know what it’s like to have three children and not care about them enough to make even the most basic choices to remain in their lives. You’re right. I don’t know. But I know enough to know that he was a selfish person who worshiped substances more than family or life. And that’s all I need to know. Read the rest of this entry »

Pete Carroll: Superbowl-Winning Seahawks Coach is 9/11 Truther Conspiracy Theorist

By Debbie Schlussel

With last night’s Super Bowl win, Seattle Seahawks Head Coach Pete Carroll may be a champion. But in other ways, he’s a loser . . . and a nut. Carroll is a 9/11 Truther and conspiracy theorist.

petecarroll911wasanislamjob

Pete Carroll, Another 9/11 Truther Idiot Who Won’t Face Facts

He doesn’t believe Islamic terrorists were behind the 9/11 attacks, despite the fact that Osama Bin Laden bragged on video that the damage and amount of deaths were greater than he could have hoped for and despite all of the evidence against the 19 Arab Muslims who perpetrated the attacks.

Deadspin reports:

Late last spring, retired general Peter Chiarelli, who had just finished his term as the Army’s vice chief of staff, visited Carroll at the Seattle Seahawks headquarters. Chiarelli was expecting a pleasant meeting. . . . The sit-down between Chiarelli and Carroll started off normally enough. They talked about the team, and then about head trauma. Chiarelli, who commanded the American forces in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom II, talked about the brain injuries he had seen there. But Chiarelli’s mention of Iraq sent Carroll in another direction: He wanted to know if the September 11 attacks had been planned or faked by the United States government. Musab Mohamed Masmari EXCLUSIVE: Muslim Arsonist of Gay Club Was Obama State Dept Arab Cultural Ambassador! Feds: Terrorism

By Debbie Schlussel

*** bumped up from yesterday, February 2, 2014 @3:48 p.m. ET ***

A Muslim charged with and videotaped pouring gasoline on a gay club and setting it on fire was an “Arab Cultural Ambassador” for the State Department when it hosted visiting Iraqi “journalists” in Seattle. Quick, somebody alert 50 Cent that it’s time to update “In Da Club.” In Al-Klub, Habibi.

Anti-Gay Arsonist/State Dept 9/11 Arab Cultural Ambassador, Musab Masmari Pourin’ Da Gasoline . . .
musabmasmariarson

While the left and gays are constantly harping on “the Christian Right,” they continue to turn a blind eye to the group that’s really a danger to them: Muslims. I’ve said this time and again. And so it goes with Musab Mohamed Masmari, a Muslim identified and charged with setting fire to a Seattle gay club on New Year’s Eve, after he doused the place with gasoline. Boom! lalalalalalalaallahuFUBAR. The Joint Terrorism Task Force is involved in the investigation because IT. IS. TERRORISM. Islamic terrorism, to be exact. And what’s so interesting is that this guy was a “9/11 Arab Cultural AmbassadorFOR THE STATE DEPARTMENT(!) helping out Iraqi journalists who came to America! Alhamdillullah [praise allah].

I checked the guy’s Facebook profile page (join me on Facebook), and guess what? He’s from Benghazi, Libya. What is he doing here? Was he one of those Libyans to whom Obama and Janet Napolitano gave Temporary Protected Status here when Qaddafi was still in power and Obama was supporting the Al-Qaeda forces against him? Betcha he is. Also, I’m a “3rd Degree” LinkedIn connection to this jihadi (connect with me on LinkedIn). Not sure why (and that’s chilling). If you can get onto his LinkedIn page, please send me a screen shot.

Seattle police arrested Musab Mohamed Masmari this morning in association with the New Year’s Eve arson at Neighbours nightclub, says Detective Mark Jamieson. The Seattle Police Department’s Arson/Bomb Squad had been working with a joint terrorism task force since the incident occurred in the early minutes of January 1, when someone poured gasoline down a flight of stairs in the packed gay bar and lit it ablaze. All 750 patrons escaped without injury. . . . Read the rest of this entry »

Best Super Bowl Ads: Here Are My Picks; Worst: Coke Pimps Immigration Amnesty, Islam

By Debbie Schlussel

As I noted yesterday, I couldn’t have cared less about the Super Bowl. It was boring, and for the most part, so were the ads. So boring to me that I turned to ABC’s “Shark Tank” re-runs as background noise while I did some work. Far more exciting. But here are my picks for the best Super Bowl ads:

* BEST ADS:

Especially if you grew up in the ’80s, as I did, this is tops (wouldn’t make me more likely to shop at the Shack, though I’ve bought things there that you can only buy online, otherwise):

If you are proud to be American and appreciate those who serve, as is the case with me (wouldn’t make me more likely to drink Bud, though it’s good to know the company is patriotic):

* WORST AD:

Buh-Bye, Coca-Cola. Not buyin’ you anymore. America is about speaking English, not illegal alien amnesty and more Muslims, which is clearly what this offensive ad is pimping on you. Here’s a tip, Coke: America was beautiful when it was a melting pot and people absorbed and assimilated into the culture. You celebrate balkanization on our shores, which is quite ugly. Um, no thanks. Not that this is news for me about Coca-Cola, which, as I’ve noted, has been giving out college scholarships to illegal aliens for years (so does Budweiser, so the company isn’t quite so patriotic). Forget, “I’d like to buy the world a Coke.” Coke would like to bring the world–all of it–to invade our shores and help it stay here, a recipe for the end of America (the end which already started a while ago). Speak English, Bitches!

Superbowl Richard Sherman Myths & Facts: Yes, He’s a Race-Baiter; No, He’s Not That Smart

By Debbie Schlussel

Yes, I know Super Bowl XLVIII is going on as I write this, and I couldn’t be more bored. Nor could I care less–about who’s playing, about who should win, about the hackneyed, over-rated ads and halftime show, and so on. Blah, blah, blah. But there are two things I’m tired of hearing about Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman: his race-card playing (and Rush Limbaugh’s annoying jock-sniffery in defending that race-card playing that he would never defend with anyone but an NFL player) and the allegation repeated by the press that Sherman is “soooooo smart.” Yeah, a veritable genius that one.

richardshermanyelling

doesnotequaleinstein

superbowl2014

So, here is some fact checking you aren’t getting anywhere else, including FOX News and Rush Limbaugh:

1) Richard Sherman, Race-Baiter Extraordinaire:

Sherman has played the race card so many times, the credit card company is denying the card. He’s over the limit. When Sherman ranted and raved like a crazy guy after an NFL playoff game, I didn’t care. That’s NFL bravado (and stupidity). But when, after the fact, he raved non-stop that people calling him a “thug” are racists, I’d had enough. Sherman claimed that calling a person a “thug” is the same as calling them the N-word. Um, not exactly.

The word “thug” has nothing to do with race. And, in fact, when I used to use it to call violent NFL players, “thugs,” on my highly-rated CBS radio show, the Black guy (Rob “RG3 isn’t Black enough” Parker) on the sports show before my show and his White ass-kissing lackey partner, Mark Wilson, called me a “racist!” It’s funny, though, because one of the guys I was calling a “thug” was Ryan Tucker, who was Whiter than rice.

Newsflash: the word, “thug,” which means “thief,” comes from the Indian (Asian Indian, not American) gang called the Thugs, descendants of Muslims who were violent and engaged in robbery, assassinations, and assorted pillaging across India. They were not White. They were not Black. They were “Asian.” But the word is neither racist, nor exclusive as an adjective for describing any race. If Richard Sherman were the Rhodes Scholar Einstein the liberal sports press–and Rush Limbaugh–keep telling us he is, he’d know that. But he ain’t. Not even close, which brings us to . . .

2) Richard Sherman, Average Intelligence or Below, No Genius: Read the rest of this entry »

Maximillian Schell, Actor Extraordinaire, RIP

By Debbie Schlussel

Sad to hear that one of my favorite film actors, Maximillian Schell, died yesterday at age 83.

maxmillianschelljudgmentatnurembergmaximillianschellodessafile

Maximillian Schell in “Judgment at Nuremberg” and “The Odessa File”

Although he masterfully portrayed Nazis in many films, Schell’s family actually fled their native Austria to Switzerland to escape Hitler and his henchmen. My favorite Schell roles were his portrayal of a defense attorney in “Judgment at Nuremberg” (his breakout role) and his portrayal of a Nazi who wanted to rebirth the Third Reich in “The Odessa File” (a great thriller that stands the test of time–read my article on the movie and its real-life incarnations). And don’t forget his role in the fabulous mob parody, “The Freshman” and the stylish caper movie, “Topkapi.” He had 107 acting credits, according to IMDB, but was also a writer and director in his prolific showbiz career. And he was an Oscar winner . . . when the Oscars still rewarded good acting (instead of “good” lefty politics).

They don’t make actors like him anymore.

Weekend Box Office: Labor Day, That Awkward Moment

By Debbie Schlussel

My apologies for yet another week in which my movie reviews were not posted before the Jewish Sabbath, but I will try to make that a rare occurrence in the future. Yet another week in which you didn’t miss much in new movies at the theater:

labordaythatawkwardmoment

* “Labor Day“: I had mixed feelings on this movie. On the one hand, it’s an extremely bearable chick flick because it has a lot of suspense and kitschy 1980s throwback elements to it. On the other hand, the fast romance isn’t all that believable. But overall, I liked it far better than most movie critics. It wasn’t slow and boring, and instead was an edge of your seat thing from the beginning. But I could have done without the scene of a young teen boy having sexual fantasies as he listens to the noises of his mother having sex with the escaped prisoner in the next room. Um, was this really necessary? No.

The story: a grown man (Tobey Maguire) narrates the story of what happen to him (when he was a 13-year-old boy) and his divorced mother on Labor Day Weekend and the following days in the late ’80s in a small New Hampshire town. The boy (Gattlin Griffith) and his mother (Kate Winslet) are in a local store when they are accosted by a man (Josh Brolin) who threatens them into giving him a ride to their home. They soon learn that he is an escaped murder convict, and police and the media are on the lookout for him. Read the rest of this entry »

Asef Mohammad EXCLUSIVE: Muslim Caught @ Water Treatment Plant Free w/out Bond, To Get Slap on Hand

By Debbie Schlussel

A Muslim caught trespassing and stuck INSIDE a water pipe at a water treatment plant is free as a bird and will likely get a slap on the hand, according to an exclusive investigation by DebbieSchlussel.com and interviews conducted with authorities. I guess this is what the Obama Administration would call a “workplace accident.”

Dozens of First Responders Rescue Muslim Asef Mohammad from Water Pipe

You may have heard about Asef Mohammad, the Manalapan, New Jersey 26-year-old caught trespassing two weeks ago at the United Water plant, also in Manalapan. Mohammad was stuck in water pipe when he was found and rescued by authorities. When you hear about a Muslim 20-something trespassing at a water treatment plant and stuck in a water pipe, you wonder what the heck he was doing there. Well, actually you don’t wonder, if you’re logical. You suspect he was up to no good, such as poisoning the water or trying to see if that was possible. And you wonder which Islamic terrorist group he’s been in contact with.

But if you are thinking those things, you are acting more like an investigator and concerned party than the Department of Homeland Security, which ignored the whole incident. DebbieSchlussel.com contacted the Manalapan Police Department, which arrested Mohammad and investigated the matter, and this site also spoke with prosecutors and court officials. We’ve learned that Mohammad is a U.S. citizen, which was confirmed by Manalapan Police Captain Michael Fountain. Captain Fountain stated that the pipe is only 22 inches in diameter and that, while the Department of Homeland Security was contacted about this matter, DHS is not involved. Captain Fountain stated that Mohammad was released on his own recognizance from a hospital where he was being treated for injuries. Fountain said that Mohammad was tested for substances, as it is believed he “stumbled” into the water plant and got stuck in the pipe because “he may have been under the influence of something.” Read the rest of this entry »
