SICKENING: Palestinian Muslim Immigration Defrauder Gets Green Card, NOT Deportation

By Debbie Schlussel

**** SCROLL DOWN FOR UPDATE/CORRECTION ****

Why did Barack Obama’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) pull a Bush and give a Palestinian illegal alien legal permanent residence as a reward for committing immigration fraud?  That’s what happened in the case of Anees Sous, a Palestinian Muslim illegal alien living in Hamtramckstan, Michigan.  He came here several decades ago on a student visa and never left.  And he violated the terms of his student visa.  And while Sous was at it, he fathered six extremist Muslim anchor babies.  (One of his anchor babies just got married and will soon be the baby factory for Islamic anchor grand-babies.)

Rewarded Immigration Defrauder Anees Sous & His Islamo-Anchor Baby Clan

So, why did Sous suddenly get a “legal permanent residence” a/k/a a green card, as a reward for this incredibly long visa overstay and immigration fraud?

That’s a question you’ll have to ask Michigan and Ohio ICE Special Agent in Charge Brian Moskowitz a/k/a “Abu Moskowitz.” As I’ve reported repeatedly on this site, Moskowitz is very tight with “former” PFLP Islamic terrorist Imad Hamad, another guy who committed immigration fraud, marriage fraud, and overstayed his visa after not attending college and engaging in a fake marriage to avoid deportation.  Hamad has been one of the top defenders of Sous and opponents of his deportation and apparently got Moskowitz to intervene.  This isn’t the first time.  And lest you blame Barack Obama, I’ve noted that this has happened many times under George W. Bush, too.

As I’ve noted on this site, Moskowitz is a key ally for Hamad’s efforts in stopping deportations of illegal alien Muslims.  Moskowitz apparently had Hamad over to his home for dinner several times and enlisted Hamad–an open supporter of HAMAS and Hezbollah–to recruit Muslim and Arabic-speaking agents for ICE.  Moskowitz escorted Hamad’s nephew to an ICE interview, despite the fact that he was markedly unqualified to be an ICE agent.

And, as many ICE agents working for Moskowitz have told me, Hamad intervenes frequently, getting Moskowitz and the Michigan/Ohio ICE Field Office Director to stop deportations of Muslims.  If I were a non-Muslim deportee, I would immediately file suit against these clowns for the UNCONSTITUTIONAL favoritism they’ve given Muslim Arab illegal aliens.  It’s discrimination, and it’s illegal.

Imad Hamad and Anees Sous are the same.  Both are Palestinian Muslims.  Both obtained student visas and came here in 1982 and, instead of acting as legitimate students, used those visas as a way to defraud and game the system so they could stay here.  Both fathered multiple anchor babies.  And both successfully snorkled the butts of immigration authorities and politicians.  In Hamad’s case, Carl Levin successfully pressured the Clinton administration to let him stay.  In Sous’ case, John Conyers helped Imad Hamad pressure the Obama administration, along with Hamad’s friend Brian Moskowitz.

Also a big supporter of Sous is Rabbi David A. Nelson, Rabbi Emeritus of Detroit-area conservative synagogue, Beth Shalom, and currently a rabbi/chaplain at Beaumont Hospital (also in the Detroit area) and the Jewish Hospice and Chaplaincy Network, headed by his fellow Islamo-panderer Rabbi E. B. “Bunny” Freedman.  Nelson spoke at rallies for Anees Sous and against immigration enforcement.  In his nauseating speech on behalf of Sous, Nelson perverted the Biblical phrase about the Jews being “strangers in a strange land” to somehow applying to this law-breaking, Muslim extremist immigration defrauder.

There is no legitimate reason to reward an illegal alien who committed immigration and visa fraud with a green card and–ultimately–U.S. citizenship.  There is absolutely no reason why Anees Sous should be here.  And reportedly, he’s a supporter of HAMAS.  I doubt he’d ever denounce the group.  That’s for certain.

Unfortunately, Brian Moskowitz has been at the helm here in the Detroit area–and over all of Michigan and Ohio–for the Bush and Obama administrations.  And the only thing he seems to be doing at ICE is wasting taxpayer money re-decorating his office (for the SECOND time) and interceding on behalf of his Islamic “former” terrorist friend, Hamad, anytime ICE gives a Detroit-area Muslim so much as a paper cut.

This is why we are losing–and in the long run,  WILL lose.  We simply don’t have the guts to deport Muslim illegal aliens who game the system.

And we never will.

If we won’t deport Anees Sous, why deport anyone?

**** UPDATE/CORRECTION, 7:26 p.m.: When I’m wrong, I’m wrong, and I made a small error in this story, which has been corrected. Earlier today, I noted the name of a man, who was in the recent past the ICE Field Office Director for Michigan and Ohio. He informs me that he is no longer the Field Office Director and hasn’t been for a year-and-a-half (a fact that wasn’t updated on the sites I checked–and no-one answered the phones at the ICE Field Office in Detroit, today, when I called to double-check). I regret the error, and his name has been removed. However, I stand by my statements regarding everything else.

I agree debbie we have a huge illegal immigrant problem and ICE does nothing. But this guy seems to have done nothing wrong except be a Muslim. He has had children (by the looks of it they seem smart, since someone is graduating from college/high school). He definitely arrived here illegally, but at least he has a job and raised what seems to be a nice family, so I don’t have a big deal giving him a second chance. My bigger concern is with the Illegal Mexican crime lords who are invading our southern border. Thats where ICE agents need to step up their activity.

GA: HUH????? Nothing wrong? Uh, he obtained a student visa, wasn’t a student, and used it to enter the country and violate his visa, staying here ILLEGALLY for almost three decades. If this is “nothing wrong” to you, you’re a moron. You’re doubly a moron if you think graduating from college or high school means you’re “smart.” Incredible. Sorry, the big concern is not just Mexican crime lords. It’s Islamic terrorism and illegal immigration OF ALL KINDS, but especially Muslims. WAKE. UP. And get a clue. DS

Debbie is correct. Unfortunately for different reasons, the “open borders” philosophy has taken root in both parties and serious immigration enforcement is not going to happen in the foreseeable future.

SO SO RIGHT DEBBIE!!!!!!…GA you need to get your moronic head out of the sand – and other dark places – your comment was idiotic at best.

G: Do you have a magic crystal ball that tells you which Muslims wil turn out like Feisal Shaszad, Nidal Hasan, Najibullah Zazi, etc. – and which ones won’t?

You write: “[B]y the looks of it they seem smart, since someone is graduating from college/high school.” So, according to you, graduating from an American high school or college is an indicator of intelligence. That’s interesting, given that the aforementioned Islamic terrorists also graduated from American colleges. That makes them “Americanized” and “patriotic,” right? Yeah, only if you’re a naive moron whose eyes are blinded by a gauze of political correctness.

Obviously, you have never been inside a public school, where most students are free to smoke, cut classes, and insult teachers with impunity. Graduating requires minimal effort (a 65% average) and is no indicator of actual competence in any subject. There is also a crisis of grade inflation, where ignorant students are pushed along and promoted when they shouldn’t be. No wonder that the United States has such a low rank in education, but – then again- none of that is of any concern to you. Naw, let’s praise the Muslim anchor babies because they managed to make it through high school and college.

Also, you write that your “bigger concern is with the illegal Mexican crime lords who are invading our southern border.” For the record, I am against all illegal immigration, just as I am against any other violation of United States law. But guess what? Mexicans did not mass murder 3000 Americans on 9/11, Mexicans did not attempt to bomb the NYC and DC subways, Mexicans did not execute American soldiers at Fort Hood and the Little Rock Recruiting Center, Mexicans did not attempt to detonate bombs in airplanes or at Christmas ceremonies, Mexicans did not attempt to bomb shuls (synagogues) in the Bronx or Chicago.

Why are you more concerned about drugs than about the lives and safety of Americans? I guess that shows where your priorities lie: selling drugs and narcotics to those who want to buy them is bad, while slaughtering working Americans is … well, of secondary concern. Now, why would that be?

Yes, Mexicans do commit crimes, but they as a whole are relatively harmless. Muslims, on the other hand, are not.

Remember that the real danger comes not with being a Muslim in America. It is being a non-Muslim in an airplane, or a subway car, etc. Look at the FBI hate crime statistics. And WAKE. THE. HELL. UP.

You argue, or – rather – pretend that “this guy [Anees Sous] seems to have done nothing wrong except be a Muslim.” WRONG. He committed immigration fraud by overstaying his welcome. If he can’t respect our immigration laws, what makes you think that he will respect other laws – like laws against murder?

These people don’t assimilate into the American culture and way of life; they try to IMPOSE their beliefs on us. Nice try, George, but I doubt that this illegal alien from “Palestine” would stick up for you the same way you stuck up for him.

Rewarding people who break the law encourages more law-breaking. It unleashes a cycle that doesn’t stop, a cycle that – as you acknowledge – we don’t need and can’t afford.

And aren’t you troubled by Debbie’s assertion that “this guy” supports the designated terrorist organization HAMAS? I don’t know if there’s proof of this, but do we want to take our chances and wait until it’s too late? Maybe you do.

Maybe you are not aware of how 440,000 “Palestinians” voted for HAMAS in 2006. Maybe you aren’t aware of how the vast majority of Muslims refuse to denounce and condemn the terrorist organization. But who cares? He looks educated, he has a “nice family,” so let’s reward him for breaking the law and supporting HAMAS.

Looks can be deceiving, as we saw with all the other “moderate” Muslims like Major Hasan. But – to you – looks are more important than facts or laws. Why? Because you bow down to the g-ds of political correctness. Sorry, but facts speak louder than looks. And your words speak for themsleves: you are a moron.

Oh, wow, Debbie responded to George as I was typing my comment. Sorry for the things I have repeated, Deb.

I’m with you on this one: great minds think alike.

Mike on December 28, 2010 at 3:25 pm

Is anyone investigating Abu Moskowitz’s bank account?

LA: They should be. As I’ve noted before, he’s constantly whined that he’s short on cash, lives way out of his income bracket, and it’s believed–not just by me–that he might be on the Islamic take. DS

Little Al on December 28, 2010 at 3:31 pm

Is anyone investigating “ice”, period?! Naw…

IceNoMore on December 30, 2010 at 5:42 am

All this is just a scam to take your minds away from the real issues of a New World Order!!, the same thing happens here in Great Britain, whether they are illegal or not, immigrant rapists and murderer’s get citizenship with no questions asked, people just cant see past the end of their noses, they cant see the lies, or what is right or wrong, because the brain washing has begun.
The truth is there to see, just think back on everything that has happened over the last few years, who are the Innocent? who really is to blame for all the disasters?, is it you or someone you have trusted for as long as you can remember?. Does the name (Femma) ring a bell?. do you have faith in your government? do you worry about the future of your Country and your Grand Children.
I may be on the other side of the world but I can see what is happening in the USA is also happening here in the UK.

Some how most American think that the Mexicans are the only problem they have!, are they really that blind? can they not see what is happening in their schools? how the future of their Children has been changed already, it’s more than the Mexicans.
I hope for their sakes they soon open their sorry eye’s, and start reading the News instead of sitting in fast food restaurants. I bet most don’t even realise that there are American Troops dying on foreign soil to save them from world terror, it might have been a better idea to keep the Troops at home and let them slap some sense into those that really need a wake up call.

Best wishes and good luck.
Mike

M: You get it. A lot of Americans are, indeed, ungrateful towards the military (we saw that with Vietnam, didn’t we?).

The problem comes from criminals without and political correctness within. “We have seen the enemy, and it is us.”

As Debbie repeatedly pointed out, there is nothing different about Muslims in other countries and Muslims in the US. Most exploit the hospitality of their host countries, try to impose their views and beliefs on the rest of us, and end up committing crimes with impunity. Just look at India, where the Muslims are mass murdering people all the time.

The Mexicans are a convenient scapegoat, but they are a lot less harmless than a certain other group that believes itself to be ordained by Gd to slaughter infidels.

Terrorism is dangerous. Terrorism motivated by religion is even worse, and even harder to stop.

Mike on December 28, 2010 at 4:47 pm

I’m pissed off again. These ‘rabbis’ are a f****** disgrace. And so are their ‘congregants’, if they stay with them. Congegants? More like a flock – a flock of sheep .I definitely think that North American Jews need to draw a line in the sand between those who stand for preserving what good there is left here and those that will kiss ass turning this into Eurabia-2. I understand that a Jewish judge sentenced the Rosenbergs to the chair….and yes- that’s a GOOD thing…..
And this Moskovitz guy needs some investigative action- now. I don’t care if his name is Moskovitz or Campbell.

Not Ovenready on December 28, 2010 at 4:31 pm

Just because you’re a Jew doesn’t mean you’re a good person. I abandoned that myth a long time ago.

It has to do with brains, not birth.

Mike on December 28, 2010 at 4:49 pm

It is amazing that this sort of behavior is rewarded time again. When the “Dream Act” passes, this sort of garbage will become institutionalized. Yes, you are supposedly supposed to be under sixteen years of age when your parents brought you here illegally, but who is going to verify that? Also, why should that be a reason for someone to get ahead of everyone else in line? As I said, this will institutionalize this sort of nonsense.

THE STATE OF THIS COUNTRY IN 2010:

Pearl Harbor survivor writes letter to Obama at age 95: wp.me/p11MRe-42

HE TELLS IT LIKE IT IS.

Debbie I can’t get too worked up about all the immigration fraud even when it involves malignancies like this guy. I think the US should just drop Michigan from the Union and add Israel. Adding all those Jews would be good for the entertainment industry. BTW Mazal tov to your Lions’ DeAndre Levy on his winning touchdown last week. All the Jews of Detroit must be kvelling.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to
my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally
off topic but I had to tell someone!
