Get out your barf bag. File this under uber-chutzpah, of which there’s not shortage among Muslims.
The cousin of Fort Hood Massacre Islamic terrorist attack perpetrator Nidal Malik Hasan just started a charity to promote the idea that Islam is non-violent. He’s using the wailing ghosts of 3,000 American victims of Islam as his backdrop. And he won’t address or condemn his cousin’s mass murder of 13 innocent people on behalf of Islam. Oh, and a bimbo relative of one of the unfortunate victims is actually praising this and promoting the BS that Islam is peaceful. The deceased must be turning over in his grave. By the way, despite his claim that Islam is against violence, don’t expect Palestinian Muslim Nader Hasan to denounce Hezbollah or HAMAS. ‘Cuz we cannot denounce those “peaceful Muslim” groups that blow up pizza shops (and murdered Americans troops while they were sleeping in Beirut barracks). Don’t forget that after Nidal Hasan’s Fort Hood Massacre, Nader Hasan was all over the news making disgusting, anti-American excuses for his cousin. Just when you think you’ve seen everything, al-chutzpah escalates:
The cousin of the Army psychiatrist accused in a shooting rampage at an Army post in Texas has created a Muslim charity that denounces violence in the name of Islam, and is using the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks to draw attention to the foundation. . . .
Nader Hasan is the cousin of Maj. Nidal Hasan, who is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in the November 2009 attack at Fort Hood, Texas.
The Nawal Foundation is intended to “unite people against violence in the name of Islam unequivocally, and embrace American patriotism.” Nawal is an Arabic word for “gift.”
Nader Hasan, a lawyer in Fairfax, Va., declined Wednesday to discuss his cousin. The charity is starting up just days before the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. The website doesn’t mention his family’s connections to the Fort Hood attack.
“No violence in the name of Islam. Ever,” the website says. …
Experts predicted the charity will face serious challenges raising money.
One relative of a Fort Hood victim, Leila Hunt Willingham, said she supports any group that promotes peace and patriotism.
“If this is their true intention, I think it is a wonderful and hopefully an educational example for those who may judge and think all Muslims are violent,” said Willingham, whose brother Spc. Jason Dean “J.D.” Hunt was killed.
Nader Hasan said he recognizes the obstacles and supports curbing rhetoric suggesting that Muslim-Americans must choose between their faith and their country.. . . .
“It was a huge part for me personally. Others want to portray the majority Muslim voice,” Nader Hasan said. “But I never thought I’d be advocating for Muslim America. That’s not me.”
Wow, that’s big of him. We know what this is really all about. Refuses to discuss his cousin’s mass murder in the name of Islam . . . . check. Demands that Americans stop recognizing that Islam is incompatible with American values . . . check. Claims the “majority Muslim voice” is “peaceful” and against violence . . . check. Check, check, check, check, check.
Um, Mr. Hasan, there is already a CAIR Action Network working on behalf of HAMAS. We don’t need another.
How long ’til the money is funneled “back home” to Palestinian terrorists?
