**** UPDATE: “The Artist” won Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actor, so class won out, tonight. Also, thankfully, “former” illegal alien Demian Bichir lost. So sad, too bad. On the other hand, Nick Nolte was robbed in Best Supporting Actor in favor of Christopher Plummer in silly gay marriage propaganda movie, “Beginners.” ****

If you read my movie reviews on a regular basis, you know I loved “The Artist” (read my review), and it was my second pick for the Best Movies of 2011 (see the whole list).  I hated the hypocritical, racist, cartoonish/caricaturish, anti-White, “The Help” (read my review), the hypocritical liberal author of which ripped off her own Black maid to write it, but preaches to White American women about racism decades ago, when today the racism is against Whites and Asians in the form of affirmative action, minority set asides and other multiples of reverse racism–the new racism.  Tonight’s Oscars is a contest between “The Artist’s” classic glamor and style and the racism merchantry of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton on display in “The Help.”  So far tonight, racists Jesse and Al are winning.  No surprise there.  We live in an age of Hollywood affirmative action and political correctness.

As a member of the Detroit Film Critics Society, I voted for “The Artist” in almost every category.  I didn’t vote for “The Help,” not even once.  (My votes, which I cast in early December are all posted below.)  It’s the most overrated movie of 2011.    Yes, racism against Black maids happened in the ’60s.  But now, it’s the other way around.  When Hollywood does a movie about every White kid from Appalachia or just plain suburban Detroit who loses a chance at a job or admission to college because someone Black with less qualifications got affirmative action–or when Hollywood does a movie about every White male whose construction company misses out on government contracts because some guy who is 1/4th Black or “native American” or Latino got it instead, then we’ll have a movie that deserves an Oscar about racism, the racism that exists today.

“The Help” is about racism that mostly doesn’t exist anymore (especially to that degree)–except in the practice of its rich liberal author who ripped off her poor Black maid’s story (a modern-day story, which would be far more interesting on the silver screen).  And we’ve paid for that racism through the nose with every single race-based college admission, hire, promotion, minority set-aside, Justice Department lawsuit against a small business that doesn’t have the right percentage of minorities through no fault of its struggling owners, etc.  But that’s not the slice of life that the real 1%–the people of showbiz and Hollywood–know.  They don’t live like the rest of us. I can’t really recommend any of the new movies debuting in theaters, this weekend.  But here’s what I saw:

*  “Act of Valor“:  You’ve probably already read my full review column on this trash.  What could have been a decent made-for-TV movie with real-life Navy SEALS trying their hands at acting, instead became an anti-Semitic diatribe in which the main terrorist financier and torturer of CIA agents is, not Muslim, but Jewish.  No thanks.  I’ve had enough Goebbels-quality cinema to last a century, but Leni Riefenstahl would be proud.  Read my complete review.

*  “Wanderlust“:  At times, this movie was extremely funny.  And I give credit to any movie that makes funny of hippies, left-wing morons, animal rights activists, free love advocates, vegans, and other forms of New Age wacko-ism.  This movie did all that and even exposed a hippie “leader”/”guru as a complete fraud and charlatan. It’s official:  “Act of Valor” is anti-Semitic tripe wrapped in the American flag with a Navy SEAL cherry on top.  The movie, which debuts in theaters today, goes to great pains to tell you that the largest terrorist plot against America is perpetrated by  a Jew.  Did the Stormfront guys write this crap? In case there’s any doubt, “But you’re Jewish!” is shouted by a real-life Navy SEAL interrogator who heads SEAL Team 7 featured in the movie and goes by the nickname, “Senior.”  Apparently “Senior” forgot this, but the last time I checked, the guys behind 9/11 were not named Osama Bin Cohen and Khalid Sheikh Horowitz.  Ditto for the guys behind every major terrorist attack against Americans, whether on U.S. soil or abroad.  The Beirut bombing and murder of over 300 U.S. Marines and civilians?  Here’s a tip, Navy SEALS:  It wasn’t perpetrated by HezboLox&Bagels. And the guy just sentenced for trying to blow up a plane full of Americans with his underwear isn’t Umar Farouk AbdulEpstein.

But, apparently, the real life Navy SEALs and their wives and kids who participated in this movie don’t have a problem with portraying Jews as “jihadist terrorists,” nor do the many Pentagon officials who approved their participation and the movie’s production.  Ditto for Mike “Mouse” McCoy and Scott Waugh, former stuntmen and the first time directors who made this movie.  They apparently believe that Jews torture CIA agents and smuggle jihadists into the U.S. with suicide bomb vests, NOT Muslims.

The Pentagon and the Navy have both declined to respond to my questions regarding this absolutely disgusting display of anti-Semitism, which wasn’t necessary and ruined what would have been an otherwise good movie. They didn’t have to make the terrorist financier Jewish. They chose to. This was clearly gratuitously inserted for some agenda. Goebbels would be proud. Sad that Rush Limbaugh had no problem with this, either, as he gushed over the movie. Does he also believe the real men behind the jihadists are Russian Jews (or any Jews at all)? For years, I’ve warned about the dangers of Muslim judges in America.  They are not loyal to U.S. law and they use it to protect Muslims and their interests against the rest of us.  I’ve cited, for example, the Hezbollah Judge in Dearbornistan Heights, Michigan (and there are many others like him).  For the past couple of days, a number of readers have sent me an excellent piece of news coverage by Al Stefanelli of American Atheists, about how a Muslim judge in Pennsylvania dismissed with no basis a case against a Muslim who choked an atheist, and then he lectured the victim about the greatness of Islam, agreeing with the choker and taking a position against the victim’s First Amendment free speech rights. Using a position of authority to promote and side with Muslims over non-Muslims is a form of sharia, Islamic law.

Sadly, as is usual with the frauds and thieves at WorldNutDaily, the story was completely ripped off–almost word for word–by plagiarist Chelsea Schilling at WND (who “edits” fellow plagiarist Jerome Corsi‘s BS newsletter).  Don’t read or forward her link.  This woman has no shame and would clearly steal your wallet if she had the chance.  Go to Al’s original story to get the details that the fraud Schilling ripped off.  (Everything at WND is either fabricated or just stolen, including a lot of my original work which the unethical lowlife Joseph Farah instructed his writers and editors to rob from me.)  Here is a video and an excerpt of Al Stefanelli’s original, since-plagiarized work, about how we are losing our civil rights and freedoms to Muslims in positions of power on our own shores:

Over the last few days, I think I’ve counted at least 15 separate apologies from various divisions of Barack Obama’s federal government to the Muslim world (including apologist-in-chief Hussein Obama,  himself) over some accidentally burned Korans.  It’s embarrassing.  And I’m tired of it.  Aren’t you?

Where were the Islamic world’s apologies for 9/11, for Fort Hood, for the attempted Times Square massacre, for the 1993 WTC bombing, for the U.S.S. Cole, for TWA Flight 847 and Robert Dean Stethem, for William Buckley and Rich Higgins, for Cleo Noel and George Curtis Moore, for the Marines in the Beirut Barracks, for the Marines in the German disco, for Pan Am Flight 103, for Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, for the Khobar Towers, for Nick Berg, for Paul Johnson, for Daniel Pearl, for U.S. contractors burnt to a crisp and hung from a bridge in Fallujah, for the Navy SEALs who died in the shot-down helicopter?  Crickets chirping . . . .  But a ton of apologies out of us for what?  For the burning of a book that has inspired 1.8 billion to hate us and quite a few of that number to try–and succeed–in killing us?  Ridiculous.  I don’t apologize.  And they don’t speak for me.  We saw the same thing with Bush when there was the story about the Korans flushed down the toilet . . . which, frankly, is an insult to the toilet.

The Islamic world would actually respect us–and fear us–more, if we deliberately burned Korans.  Instead, we did it by accident–because Islamic terrorists defaced them in order to communicate jihadist plans on their pages.  And we’re apologizing like there’s no tomorrow.  Heck, the U.S. government hasn’t even apologized for slavery as much as it’s apologized to Muslims for Koran-burnings.  (And there have been plenty of those slavery apologies.)  Muslims, themselves, burn and destroy Korans.  Saudi Sunnis even took Shi’ite Koran covers and cut them into sandals in a deliberate major insult to Shi’ites.  Shi’ites do the same to Sunnis.  And while we are supposed to be and should be at war with this religion that mass murdered 3,000 Americans 10.5 years ago and keeps killing more, we are apologizin’ and apologizin’.  It’s disgusting.  And they laugh at us.  If we gave them a giant one finger salute and said, “TOUGH!” we’d actually get something done. Ya think Al-Qaeda, HAMAS, or Hezbollah are forcing their jihadists to put on fake boobs and a womb . . . so they can know how a woman jihadi feels before she meets her life of no 72 virgins?  Nope.  But they’re laughing at us for doing it.

My late father and great-uncle Morris, both of them Army men, are turning over in their graves.  Their once-great military fighting force has now turned into the most absurd of psycho-babble social experiment disasters.  Apparently, “Army Proud,” has been changed to “Army Progesterone.” And since the Army brass is so proud of this ludicrous new “military exercise,” maybe we should force the Brigadier Generals to wear these feminine prosthetics and head to meet our Talibani friends dressed like that. Shouldn’t everyone get in on it?

The Army is ordering its hardened combat veterans to wear fake breasts and empathy bellies so they can better understand how pregnant soldiers feel during physical training.

This week, 14 noncommissioned officers at Camp Zama took turns wearing the “pregnancy simulators” as they stretched, twisted and exercised during a three-day class that teaches them to serve as fitness instructors for pregnant soldiers and new mothers. Read the rest of this entry »

Yesterday, I told you about the dry run/testing the system episode featuring a Saudi Muslim on a Continental Airline flight on Tuesday night. The man yelled, “allahu akhbar,” sang in praise of Osama Bin Laden (hey, buddy, he’s dead!), and yelled about his hatred of women. Now, we’re learning more about this Islamo-thug, including that the man is an illegal alien.  It’s yet more proof that the Obama/Bush immigration policy of not arresting illegal aliens without criminal records is a failure. It’s also evidence that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents under Obama aren’t even allowed to follow that policy. If they were, Yazeed Mohammed Abunayyan would never have been on that flight. He led police on a drunk driving chase Sunday Night in Oregon, in which he deliberately rammed into two police cars and tried to murder innocent people.

So, why was he allowed to bond out of jail and fly around the country?  I’d bet the ranch that his bond agreement required him to stay in Oregon.  And I’d also bet he didn’t seek a judge’s order allowing him to fly out of the state.  Was he planning to flee the U.S. and avoid justice, once he got to Houston, the final destination of the flight?

Abunayyan is a Saudi national and not a U.S. citizen, something the federal indictment of him goes to great pains to avoid discussing. It isn’t clear if he’s here legally on a visa or not. Regardless, once he led police on a drunk driving car chase and crashed into their cars, he was clearly in criminal violation of any visa on which he could possibly be in the United States, making him an illegal alien whether he had a visa or not.  And he should have never been granted bond of any sort, as it’s in complete contravention of U.S. immigration laws.

Why was he not turned over to ICE? Why didn’t ICE take him? I’ve heard of so many situations in which ICE has been called to pick up illegal aliens like him, and they decline. And I wonder what actually happened here. Did Oregon police contact ICE? If they didn’t, that’s another Barack Obama failure. Obama just canceled a program that trained local police on how to identify illegal aliens and turn them over to ICE for deportation, and as I first reported here, Obama hired a clown who opposed immigration enforcement to run the program into the ground in the first place.  Thanks Barack. And we can thank Obama ICE chief, John Morton, too. He’s too consumed with using ICE and his personal employment agency and travel agent (in his quest to get a showbiz legal job) to worry about immigration enforcement or the dangers aliens like Abunayyan pose to average American travelers who don’t travel in style like he does.

Hey, it’s time for yet another episode of “Flying While Non-Muslim” (when there are Muslims on board the plane).

They are 1.6% of the U.S. population and yet they make up about 92% of the “unruly” airplane passengers on airplanes and 100% of passengers clearly testing the system while on commercial jets in the air.  It’s an inconvenient truth to the “Islamophobia”-shriekers.  And, today, yet another Muslim refused to follow instructions on the plane, acted out, and needed to be restrained as he conducted his dry run/test the system routine that many other Muslim Arabs like him have done.  And, like most of the others, he ‘ll probably get away with it, rewarded with zero prosecution.  They do this because we let them.  But, hey, with the BS chant of allahu akbar, I’m sure he’s gotta be Jewish, Christian, Wiccan, or, maybe … Zoroastrian?

Hmmm . . . why was it so important for the two aspiring hijackers, er . . . “nice, loyal, peaceful American Muslims” to sit together? Why do you think? ‘Cuz they were planning or testing something. There’s no other reason–aside from a gay sex session–that two men can’t bear to not sit next to each other for a short flight. Do normal people shout “allahu akbar” on a plane when they can’t get their way? Nope. But normal jihadists do. Kudos to passenger Nancy Haywood for daring to tell the truth about how these Muslims invoked their murderous religion in their attempts to cause chaos on a flight, and to Houston’s KHOU for daring to include that clip in the story, rather than what they’d do in most places (edit it out to protect the “religion of peace”).

If you need any further evidence that Israel is now officially a wimpy nation without the resolve to fight terrorists–much like the U.S.–Khader Adnan a/k/a Khader Adnan Mohammad Musa is Exhibit A.  Adnan is a top official of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, who served as the group’s spokesman and urged Palestinians to put on suicide belts and kill Israelis by blowing up body parts.  He’s also reportedly involved in the planning of PIJ terrorist activities.  PIJ is responsible for numerous homicide bombings and attacks on innocent civilians in Israel.  A PIJ bus-bombing murdered New Jersey college student Alisa Flatow.  But Israel announced it will release the Islamic Jihad terrorist “out of concern about unrest in the West Bank if he should die” because Adnan is now on a hunger strike.

Can you imagine if America released hunger-striking Gitmo terrorists out of concern for Al-Qaeda and Muslim world outrage?  Well, I guess we can all imagine it, since America has released hardened murderer Guantanamo detainees to the free world for a lot less.  See, I told you America and Israel were a lot alike (and, now, in many ways that aren’t so great).

Oh, and Israel also wanted to avoid allowing its far-left Supreme Court from ruling on its emergency provision permitting administrative detention of Islamic terrorists without trial or formal indictment. Hey, just like America, again! Remember how the Bush Administration wimped out on the same issue, when it dropped having courts review the identical American provision in the case of Jose Padilla a/k/a Abdullah Al-Muhajer?

A Palestinian militant jailed for more than two months without trial forced Israel to agree Tuesday to release him after a hunger strike spurred concern about unrest in the West Bank if he should die.

I’ve warned on this site many times before to know where you eat and shop:  who owns it and are they likely to donate the money you spent there to Islamic terrorism or “charity” front groups for that, extremist mosques and Muslim schools, etc.  And then there’s another reason not to eat or shop there:  the business might be harboring Muslim and/or other illegal aliens.  That’s the case with Salsalito, a San Antonio, Texas Mexican restaurant owned by Muslim, Hossein Bagheri.  Mr. Bagheri employed plenty of illegal aliens, but got just probation and a fine for his crime.  It’s interesting that his Mexican employees took the fall for what he clearly was orchestrating, to avoid paying full wages to American citizen employees. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents worked hard on this case, and the Obama federal prosecutors went soft on him.

The guilty plea of an employer who admitted hiring illegal workers — in the only such prosecution in San Antonio in at least the past decade — has resulted in a five-year probation sentence and a $750,000 fine.

In July, Hossein Bagheri, 50, entered guilty pleas in federal court on behalf of himself and his restaurant company, Salsalito Cantina Inc., to charges of hiring the workers. Read the rest of this entry »
