So-called “conservative” leader Grover Norquist and the pilot of the missing Malaysian plane have something disturbing in common: their support for gay Muslim rapist and Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim.

And so it was ironic that today’s USA Today features an article atop its second front-page about investigations into the radicalism of the plane’s pilot, and right below that, there’s an article about how Norquist, Newt Gingrich, and other faux-conservatives self-appointed to speak for you and me, are now helping liberals in their quest to end to tough federal sentencing for criminals.

Over the weekend, reports surfaced about the fanaticism of Zaharie Ahmad Shah, pilot of the missing Malaysia Airlines MH370, including his support for Ibrahim and his reported anger over a Malaysian high court’s decision to overturn Ibrahim’s acquittal on sodomy charges. Ibrahim, a Muslim extremist (who hates America and is vehemently anti-Semitic) who was portrayed in the West as a “liberal,” was in line to become Malaysia’s Prime Minister, but for the fact that he forcibly sodomized his wife’s driver, according to police reports and complaints filed by the driver. Today is the Jewish holiday of Purim, which began yesterday evening. To all my Jewish friends and readers, I wish you a Happy Purim. To all my non-Jewish readers, as I note each year, Purim is kind of like a mix of the Jewish version of St. Patrick’s Day and Halloween, but a whole lot more spiritual and meaningful, as it marks how G-d through Queen Esther and her uncle, Mordechai, saved the Jewish people from destruction at the hands of Xerxes I, who at the time was essentially the king of the universe ruling over 100 kingdoms and lands. Xerxes (Achashverosh, in Hebrew), a foolish king, took the advice of his evil, anti-Semitic advisor, Haman, and signed a decree for destruction, which was eventually overcome when Esther let her husband, Xerxes, know she was a Jew and beseeched him to stop the destruction. Yes, it is the same Xerxes depicted in the “300” movies (though I beg to differ with that fictional depiction).

WWII Jewish Welfare Board Purim Postcard Sent Home By U.S. Soldiers

In the past, I’ve posted the Purim postcard, below, from a Jewish U.S. soldier observing the holiday while fighting in World War I. Many U.S. soldiers fighting with the American Expeditionary Forces in Europe sent that home. This year, I post the first one, above, from a Jewish U.S. soldier celebrating Purim during World War II. The JWB symbol stands for Jewish Welfare Board, a Jewish organization that helped American soldiers of all faiths, providing them stationery, postcards, shaving kits, games, meals and drinks, etc. Many Jewish U.S. soldiers sent postcards like the one above home during the war. (You won’t see any Ramadan or Eid Al-Fitr postcards like this from World War II. Muslims didn’t fight most of our wars, and don’t have this long history that Jewish Americans do of fighting for the U.S. in every American war, including the Revolutionary War.)

As I note each year, I love the holiday because it’s got everything that’s politically incorrect, from a worldwide beauty pageant Xerxes holds to find his wife, to the reported back story that Xerxes beheaded–and definitely dumped–his first wife, Vashti, because she wouldn’t come to his party to exhibit her beauty to the men in attendance. The King was advised to do something about it because otherwise, his advisors told him, wives throughout his vast kingdom would disobey their husbands as Queen Vashti did. Another ho-hum weekend at the box office, in terms of new offerings. I did not see, “Veronica Mars,” as it was not screened for most critics.

* “Need For Speed“: This movie is very thin on story, but the reason to see it is the fast-paced, heart-pumping car racing, or as radio talk show host Brett Winterble calls it, “auto porn.” There are a lot of cool cars, high speed chases and racing, and fabulous, death-defying stunts. And this is one of the few movies I recommend seeing in 3D. It makes all the difference. The movie is sort of a mix of the earlier “Fast & Furious” movies, “Cannonball Run,” and “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.”

I enjoyed the auto racing part of this movie and the cool cars–I’d never before heard of or seen a Koenigsegg (my new favorite car), until I saw this movie. What a cool car. And the movie features a rebuilt $3 million Shelby and other very high end sports cars. If you like those, you’ll probably like this. Read the rest of this entry »

Meet Barack Obama’s new immigration non-enforcer.

DebbieSchlussel.com has exclusively learned that, today, Department of Homeland Security chief Jeh Johnson will name Thomas Winkowski to head Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the agency in charge of enforcing our nation’s immigration laws. Winkowski is currently Deputy Commissioner and acting head of Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Read his bio here.

In yet another sign that the Obama Administration has no intention to enforce our nation’s immigration laws with any degree of seriousness, Winkowski will only be named as “acting” chief of ICE for the next year, and will, therefore, not be confirmed by the U.S. Senate, this site has learned. (It is possible, however, that Obama will nominate Winkowski for the permanent position before the year ends.) ICE has gone through a series of “acting” chiefs, including, most recently, John Sandweg, a criminal defense attorney who represented drunk drivers, child molesters, wife beaters, terrorists, and killers and had zero law enforcement experience. He was universally hated by top ICE brass.

DebbieSchlussel.com has learned that Homeland Security Secretary Johnson has discussed and offered the top ICE job to a number of experienced law enforcement officials, but most did not want the thankless job, as it is filled with pitfalls and Barack Obama won’t let anyone really do the job effectively, since he does not desire serious immigration enforcement. So, Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 is still missing, nearly a week after it disappeared from radar screens and any communication to third parties. We still don’t know what happened, while there are a lot of theories, including reports saying the Pentagon believes it went down in the Indian Ocean. I’ve given you my take, earlier this week. But there’s another plausible possibility posited by my smart friends, Fred Taub of Boycott Watch and radio talk show host Brett Winterble.

The plane might have been hijacked by Muslims on board–whether it was the Iranians or other Muslims on the plane. They might have ordered the transponder turned off or known how to do it themselves. Or perhaps the plane’s pilot and co-pilot helped them. Any of these could have happened. And since we’ve learned the plane flew for hours after the transponder and other radar, tracing, and communications equipment were turned off, they might have flown the plane to one of many choices of Islamic-controlled, extremist countries, such as Somalia or Pakistan. You’ve probably heard about the sexual assault case against Army Brigadier General Jeffrey A. Sinclair. But what you probably didn’t know is that among the charges he faces at trial is the crime of offending Muslims because Sinclair allegedly possessed porn in Afghanistan. And you probably didn’t know that Brig. Gen. Sinclair had a three-year relationship with the alleged “victim” whom he supposedly assaulted.

The politically-charged case of Sinclair has been all over the news as the Kardashian Senator, Kirsten Gillibrand, was trying to cram through a disastrous bill removing authority of commanders in sexual harassment cases. (I’ve written about this before, and thankfully Gillibrand didn’t get her way, though a dangerous bill taking some of the authority away from commanders was passed.)

General Sinclair did violate military rules forbidding adultery and sexual relationships with subordinates (he had relationships with more than one). But the case is being made into a bigger deal than it normally would have been because the media is pushing to remove sexual harassment cases from the chain of command in the U.S. Armed Forces, and Sinclair is the highest ranking U.S. military officer ever accused of sexual assault. They want to get this “big fish” to prove a point. Although much has been made by the media that Sinclair allegedly forced the “victim” to give him oral sex, the fact is that she was, apparently, giving him that of her own volition for three years, in order to advance her military career. And she was apparently upset that Sinclair wouldn’t leave his wife for her. So, she simply doesn’t have the credibility that is automatically given her in media reports. The woman, now a captain in rank, has been granted immunity to testify against Sinclair. Why? And here’s some of her testimony:

One night, she went to his quarters to drop off a DVD and they ended up watching the sexy vampire soap True Blood. He asked her to put down her hair and they kissed. Soon, their secret liaisons involved sex. She describes a hot-and-cold relationship over three years that eventually degenerated into constant arguing before Sinclair forced her into performing oral sex on him. Read the rest of this entry »

A mummified dead body in Pontiac, Michigan, a Detroit suburb, voted in the 2010 Michigan gubernatorial election, about two years after she is believed to have died (2008). Pontiac is a mini-Detroit in every way–corruption, race-baiting, bankrupt finances, war zone setting, etc. It is a few miles north of the Motor City.

But, hey, why would we need voter ID laws? After all, there is no voter fraud, right? It’s just a fantasy of evil right-wingers. You might ask about my headline and why I’m sure that a mummified woman’s body in Pontiac voted for Democrats. Well, I’ll ask you: do you really think a dead body in urban Pontiac voted Republican? That’s usually not the way voter fraud goes. I think you’d have to go back to the era of Tutankhamun to find a mummy that voted Republican. Just sayin’.

I suppose it’s appropriate that “The Hangover President” is wasting time in public with a star of “The Hangover” movies.

The economy continues to sink, the world burns, and Barack Obama has the perfect solution: he spends time shooting a comedy routine with “Hangover” star Zach Galifianakis, to pimp the faltering ObamaCare on “young Americans.” Good luck with that. The video, below, is from Galifianakis’ show, “Between Two Ferns,” on Funny or Die. Funny or Die–hey, that’s kind of the nickname for the Obama Presidency, which is unintentionally funny and is making America die. He’s wrong about one thing (many things, actually). The Obama Presidency is already like–no, far worse–than the third installment of “The Hangover” (read my review) and a whole lot less entertaining. Can this guy defile the Presidency anymore than he already has? Would take a trip to a strip joint for that. . . or a Hawaiian Tropic Bikini Contest Supreme Court Chief Justiceship.

When I first heard about the missing flight from Malaysia, Malaysia Airlines MH370, I didn’t shed any tears. After all, Malaysia is one of the most militant Islamic countries, in terms of hatred for America, Israel, and Jews. This is the country that cheered on the President it elected, Mahathir Mohamad, as he called for more homicide bombings of Jews, just after there had been many such mass murders in Israel at the hands of Palestinians–at Passover Seders, at pizzerias, at coffee shops, at bars, etc. This is the country, whose people applauded (along with representatives of every single Islamic nation) as Mohamad said Jews control the world, get people to die for them, and other such anti-Semitic nonsense. And so if a single one of those Malaysians who had no prob with this guy as Prez was dead from a plane crash, I wouldn’t cry over it . . . except crocodile tears. I’m not ashamed to say I don’t cry for those who wish for my death. In my religion, turning the other cheek ain’t a virtue. It’s a weakness.

I also doubted that terrorists would attack a plane from “the homeland”–Dar Al-Islam, lands Islam has already conquered and which are extremist Muslim theocratic states, as Malaysia is. I thought to myself that the only likely way this could be that this was a terrorist attack would be if Shi’ite Muslims attacked the plane. Malaysia, largely Sunni Muslim, is already so extreme that I doubt Al-Qaeda types would target its planes.

And, then, when it became apparent that the plane was filled with mostly Chinese people (some Muslim), and even a few Americans (why were these Chinese and Americans in this hateful Islamic country, doing business with those who support mass murder and genocide?), Al-Qaeda (or other Sunni Muslim) terrorism became a possibility again, as we know that China is seen as an “oppressor” of Uighur Muslims, who are very militant and recently stabbed people to death in bloody attacks at a Chinese train station. China, normally open about the threat presented by its Muslims, was strangely silent as to the identity of the Muslim attackers, this time. That’s a sign of weakness. And maybe terrorists sensed it and struck harder this time.

But then news surfaced that two men on the flight were traveling under fake names and using stolen passports (hey, thanks for checking the passports with Interpol, Malaysia!), and, now, we know their seats were paid for by a “mysterious” Iranian businessman, Mr. Ali. Iran is a largely Shi’ite state (and Ali is more often than not a Shi’ite name, brain-dead American boxers excluded). Sunnis are few and mostly oppressed there (even though Iran proudly funds Sunni HAMAS because it harms a set of common enemies: Jews, Israel, and the West). Read the rest of this entry »
